Passion Pathways
Follow what sparks interest.
Every young person has interests that make them feel curious, motivated or excited. Passion Pathways uses those interests as a starting point for connection, confidence and personal development.
Through personalised, one-to-one online mentoring, we create opportunities for young people to explore what matters to them, develop their strengths and discover new possibilities at their own pace.

Their interests aren't distractions. They're opportunities.
A fascination with animals, a love of music, an interest in photography or hours spent exploring technology can all become meaningful starting points.
We don't see these interests as something to move young people away from. We see them as opportunities to build connection, recognise strengths and explore new experiences.
What begins as a shared interest might gradually develop into a creative project, a new skill, greater confidence or simply the enjoyment of having someone who understands what matters to them.
Explore and enjoy
Exploring topics such as art, music, technology, animals, history or creative media.
Build skills and confidence
Turning a strong interest into a project, conversation or achievable personal goal.
Practise and develop
Practising choices, planning and flexible problem-solving through preferred activities.
These are examples, not requirements or promised outcomes. The mentor and family can agree broad goals and revisit them as the relationship develops.

From strong interests to meaningful projects
Who might this suit?
Passion Pathways is particularly suited to young people who find traditional learning, structured activities or unfamiliar expectations difficult to engage with.
Some may experience autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotionally based school avoidance or difficulties with confidence and communication.
By starting with something they genuinely enjoy, we can create a comfortable space where relationships develop naturally, without pressure to perform or meet predetermined expectations.
Mentors are matched to young people based on their interests and individual needs. We discuss suitability with each family or referring professional. A suitable mentor match and availability cannot be guaranteed before an initial conversation.
Connection before expectations.
We believe meaningful progress begins when a young person feels safe, understood and accepted.
Our sessions are delivered online, one-to-one, with a consistent mentor wherever possible. We take time to understand each young person's interests, preferred communication style, individual needs and what they hope to gain from the experience.
There is no fixed curriculum or expectation to achieve something within a particular timeframe. Some young people may want to create, explore and learn. Others may simply need time to build trust and enjoy sharing their interests with someone.
We work collaboratively with families to identify meaningful goals, recognising that progress looks different for every young person.
We can discuss how to share relevant progress with families or professionals while respecting confidentiality, safeguarding and the young person’s needs.
Mentoring is not clinical therapy, crisis support or a substitute for statutory educational provision. If a different service is needed, we will discuss that openly.
Let's explore what support could look like.
We take time to understand the person and discuss a suitable starting point.
Families, schools and local authorities can enquire. Tell us a little about the young person and the support you are looking for. Please avoid sending detailed sensitive information through an initial enquiry.
