🌿 Regulation Tools & Peer Circles
Practical Tools to Build Regulation, Connection, and Healing
A trauma-informed toolkit and peer network designed to support emotional regulation, connection, and recovery for neurodivergent and traumatised children, young people, and carers.
Because self-regulation starts with safety, and connection begins with understanding.
The Regulation Tools & Peer Circles branch of Moving Mindspace provides practical, creative, and relationship-based resources that help children, young people, and families calm their nervous systems, express emotions safely, and rebuild trust in relationships.
Grounded in neuroscience and lived experience, these tools translate the science of emotional regulation (Porges, 2018; Perry, 2021) into everyday practice — turning theory into tangible strategies for home, school, and community life.

Calm is not the absence of emotion — it’s the presence of safety.
