๐ง Creative Mentoring & Personal Growth
Not every young person connects through talking. Not every child thrives with therapy. And not every mind responds to pressure, forms, or labels.
Some young people need safety through play. Some need passion, purpose, or peer connection. Some need someone to believe in them โ gently and consistently โ without needing them to โfixโ anything first.
This is where our Creative Mentoring & Personal Growth services step in. We meet young people where they are โ through gaming, creativity, entrepreneurship, or identity work โ and help them grow into who they really are.

๐จ Why These Services Are Needed
- School refusal is rising, especially among neurodivergent pupils (DfE, 2023)
- CAMHS waiting lists are at crisis levels, with little relational or non-clinical support available
- Many young people say they mask, shut down, or go invisible in traditional environments
- Neurodivergent teens have among the highest rates of anxiety, trauma, and post-exclusion fallout
- Children with PDA profiles are often excluded or misunderstood by mainstream support
- Thereโs a shortage of mentoring that is both relationship-based and sensory-informed
๐ The Gap in Provision
- Very limited non-clinical, interest-led, trauma-informed mentoring options
- Creative or play-based interventions often stop after age 11
- Few services offer identity work or expression for post-exclusion or EBSA youth
- Traditional services often focus on deficits, not passions or purpose
